About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Manager, Publisher Partnerships & Growth to own both sides of our strategic publisher relationships: winning new publishers worth a real partnership, and growing the ones we already have so they earn more through us and stay.
This is a hunter-gatherer role at the tier where that works, the head and mid-tier publishers whose volume moves the number and who justify a human relationship. Landing a robust new publisher and growing an existing one draw on the same muscle: building and deepening high-value partnerships. You'll do both.

What You'll Own

Winning new publishers. Identify and land strategic publishers, using performance insight to know which publishers are worth pursuing, and relationship skill to bring them onto the platform. This is targeted hunting for publishers who'll drive real volume, not mass sign-ups.

Growing existing publishers. Deepen the strategic base, help publishers earn more through us (better offers, placement, tools, performance), expand their activity,



and win a larger share of their promotion. A publisher who earns more stays and grows; that is the core of the job.

Publisher earnings success. Actively help publishers monetize better, surface high-converting offers, improve their performance, and feed back what they need (offers, rates, creatives, tools) to promote harder. This is what keeps publishers with us rather than churning to a competing network.

Active book management. Read the performance curve across the strategic base, spot declining publishers early and re-engage them before they drift, and respond where competing networks are pulling their volume.

Coordination. Work with Advertiser Partnerships to mobilize the right publishers behind priority advertisers (the demand-meets-supply lever), and with Ad Operations on onboarding, integration, and tracking, so publishers activate fast and nothing falls between teams.
