Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic team at MAY & CO. This full-time, on-site position, located in Current Delhi, offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of managing and optimising our E-commerce operations. You will be directly responsible for the planning, implementation,
and optimization of digital strategies across multiple channels, all while contributing to the overall business success and growth of MAY & CO.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the E-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive online revenue and maximize growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital campaigns that align with our brand’s voice and vision.
Analyze and interpret sales data, trends, and customer behavior to inform decision-making and optimize product offerings.
Oversee inventory management, product listings, and content updates to maintain an accurate, up-to-date online store.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, timely order fulfillment, and customer service excellence.
