HR Services Assistant Manager - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Join our team as Team Lead (Assistant Manager), HR Operations, where you will lead a team of HR professionals responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end HR services across exit management, leave administration, employee lifecycle changes, transactional processing, and reference requests. You will provide day-to-day leadership, oversee workflow and service performance, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement to support efficient and consistent employee experience.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage the UK Transactions and Ireland HR Administration teams, ensuring the consistent delivery of customer-focused HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The role holder will oversee transactional, exit, leave management, and reference services, ensuring that all activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed service-level agreements and quality standards.

and develop the UK Transactions and Ireland HR Administration teams, fostering a cooperative, customer-focused, and high-performing environment.
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of employee data and HR transactions within the HRMI (Workday and SuccessFactors) systems.
Manage employee exit processes, ensuring a smooth, well-coordinated, and compliant transition for departing employees.
Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including leave administration and the accurate maintenance of related employee records.
Manage the preparation and issuance of employee reference documentation, including employment verification letters, mortgage reference letters, and other employee-related references.
Monitor team performance against agreed service-level agreements, key performance indicators, quality standards, and operational targets.
