Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle customer service requests, site visits, troubleshooting, and after-sales support for windows, doors, and related products.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites for inspection and service requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot product/service issues.
Coordinate with installation and service teams for timely resolution.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Prepare service reports and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with internal teams for replacement, repair, and follow-up.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in service/site work preferred.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Basic knowledge of windows, doors, or construction products will be an advantage.
