Primary Purpose of Position:
To provide high-quality coordination and administrative support for Learning &
Development activities across Australia and New Zealand. The role is responsible
for managing the Learning. AP inbox, coordinating the ANZ Events Calendar,
maintaining learning resources and systems, preparing reports, and providing
responsive support to employees, leaders and the Learning & Development team.

Key Accountabilities:
• Manage the Learning. AP inbox, acting as the first point of contact for
learning enquiries and providing timely, accurate and professional support to
employees, leaders and HR across Australia and Recent Zealand. Escalate enquiries
where appropriate.
• Maintain the Learning & Development SharePoint site, ensuring learning
resources, communications and the annual calendar remain accurate, current and
easily accessible.
• Manage the ANZ Events Calendar, coordinating learning events and
knowledge-sharing sessions, including scheduling, communications and
administrative support where required.




• Coordinate online knowledge-sharing sessions (such as Lunch & Learns),
including scheduling sessions, liaising with presenters, preparing
communications and managing registrations where required.
• Generate, analyse and distribute regular and ad hoc learning reports to
support compliance, participation, business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and monitor budgets for Learning & Development activities.
• Administer corporate membership accounts, including annual renewals,
reconciliations and stakeholder communication with Engineering New Zealand and
Engineers Australia.
• Support onboarding by providing new employees with information about
Learning & Development services, resources and available learning opportunities.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Learning &
Development team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
