What You Will Do

Provide production support for Oracle R12 Project Accounting and resolve complex tickets raised by business users.
Perform detailed root cause analysis for application, process, and data issues and drive permanent resolution of recurring problems.
Partner directly with business users to understand issues, clarify functional requirements, and provide solution-oriented support.
Coordinate with cross-functional IT, finance, and business teams to manage incidents, defects, and enhancement requests.
