IT Systems & Network Hardware Engineer
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred.
Location: Madhapur,Hyderabad.
Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Systems & Network Hardware Engineer to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, hardware, CCTV, printers, and structured cabling.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals.
Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and IP addressing.
Install and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and remote surveillance access.
Support printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Handle LAN cabling,



cable termination, network racks, patch panels, and structured cabling.
Provide L1/L2 technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, network, and email issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory, warranties, AMC records, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for repairs, procurement, and maintenance.
Support IT infrastructure setup for current offices and multiple locations.
