About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Associate who can become the operational and customer-facing expert on our product. You will work closely with patients, hospitals, insurance stakeholders, and internal teams to identify problems, resolve issues, and continuously improve the product.
You will be the person who knows the product inside out - someone who can jump onto an urgent issue, understand what went wrong, coordinate with the right teams, and drive it to resolution.

What You'll Do
•⁠ ⁠Own and resolve on-call and day-to-day operational issues with urgency and empathy.
•⁠ ⁠Develop deep expertise in Care.fi’s products, workflows, and customer journeys.
•⁠ ⁠Speak directly with customers and stakeholders to understand pain points and feedback.
•⁠ ⁠Gather insights from *Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams* and convert them into transparent, actionable product requirements.
•⁠ ⁠Identify recurring operational problems and work with Product Managers to define solutions and prioritize the roadmap.




•⁠ ⁠Help Product Managers understand what to build, why to build it, and what should be prioritized first.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate across teams to ensure product changes are successfully implemented.
•⁠ ⁠Present problems, data, and recommendations clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
•⁠ ⁠Act as a strong customer advocate while balancing business and operational realities.
•⁠ ⁠Bring a street-smart, ownership-driven, and execution-focused mindset to solving ambiguous problems.

What We're Looking For
•⁠ ⁠1–3 years of experience in product operations, business operations, customer experience, healthcare, fintech/insurtech, or a similar role.
•⁠ ⁠Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠Highly empathetic and genuinely customer-oriented.
•⁠ ⁠Strong operational execution and ability to handle pressure.
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable speaking to customers and senior stakeholders.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to influence and convince stakeholders
