Role Description The Sales & BD Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for event and allied services. The Sales & BD Executive will generate new leads, manage key accounts, maintain long-term client relationships,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and delivered. Day-to-day responsibilities include client meetings, proposal development, contract negotiation, revenue growth initiatives, and market research to identify trends and potential partnerships. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, participation in events or networking activities, and proactive contribution to overall business development strategy.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Current Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills, including handling client portfolios, renewals, and upselling or cross-selling services.
