We are looking for an Ads and Attribution Specialist with strong e-commerce expertise to own advertising performance and attribution tracking across our online stores. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to make sure every ad dollar spent on platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit is properly tracked, attributed, and optimized. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento and understands the technical side of tracking, including server-side tagging.

What You'll Do:
· Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and other relevant platforms
· Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot attribution tracking across our e-commerce sites, ensuring accurate data flow from ad click to conversion
· Implement and manage server-side tagging to improve tracking accuracy and reduce data loss from browser restrictions and ad blockers
· Work directly within e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento to configure tracking, pixels, and conversion events




· Analyze campaign and attribution data to identify what's working, what's not, and where budget should shift
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align tracking setups with business goals
· Run A/B tests across campaigns and landing pages to improve conversion performance
· Report on campaign performance and attribution accuracy to stakeholders on a regular basis
· Stay current on platform changes (iOS tracking updates, cookie deprecation, etc.) and adjust attribution strategy accordingly

Requirements (Must-Have):
· Proven hands-on experience running and optimizing ads on Meta, Google Ads, and at least one of LinkedIn Ads or Reddit Ads
· Direct experience working with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify or Magento
· Practical experience with server-side tagging (e.g., server-side GTM, Conversions API, or similar)
