Role Description The Customer Success Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for onboarding new customers, understanding business objectives,



and driving successful adoption of Lemnisk’s CDP and AI solutions. The individual will manage ongoing customer relationships, coordinate with internal product and technical teams to resolve issues, and proactively monitor account health and usage. Daily activities include conducting review meetings, providing product guidance and best practices, tracking performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for value expansion and customer advocacy. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, contributing to product improvement initiatives, and supporting renewals and retention efforts.
