Historia Royal is seeking a visionary, results-driven General Manager to lead our luxury boutique property in the heart of Udaipur.

The Role: As General Manager, you will serve as the operational and strategic anchor of the property. You will oversee all day-to-day functions—from front-of-house hospitality to back-of-house efficiency—fostering high team performance and driving sustained commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Direct end-to-end operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B;) to maintain refined 4-star luxury standards.
Strategic & Financial Growth: Drive top-line revenue, optimise RevPAR/ADR, manage operational budgets,



and maximise profitability through sound financial planning.
Team Leadership & Culture: Lead talent acquisition, training, and performance management. Establish transparent KRAs and ensure strict SOP adherence across all teams.
Guest Experience: Champion a guest-centric culture, ensuring memorable stays and addressing guest feedback with precision and poise.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous brand, health, safety, and operational standards to position the property among Rajasthan's premier destinations.
Candidate Profile
Experience: Proven track record as a General Manager or Operations Manager in upscale/luxury boutique hospitality (pre-opening or repositioning experience is an advantage).
Market Acumen: Strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of P&L; management, distribution channels, and regional market dynamics.
