Role Overview
The Senior Virtual Event Consultant is a strategic customer advisor responsible for managing the successful planning, implementation, and delivery of virtual events and digital engagement programs on the ON24 platform. This role combines customer consulting, project management, event execution, and technical expertise to ensure customers maximize the value of ON24's solutions while delivering exceptional attendee experiences.
As a senior individual contributor, the Senior Virtual Event Consultant serves as the primary customer contact throughout the event lifecycle, leading planning sessions, managing project execution, supporting live events, and providing post-event strategic recommendations. This role also mentors junior consultants, contributes to process improvements, and serves as a subject matter expert across ON24's event delivery organization. This role focuses primarily on event delivery and customer success.

Primary Responsibilities
Customer Consulting & Event Strategy
Serve as the primary advisor for assigned customer programs, guiding customers through planning,



execution, and optimization of webinars and virtual events.
Conduct event planning sessions to understand customer objectives, audience, messaging, and success metrics.
Recommend ON24 platform capabilities and best practices to help customers achieve their business goals.
Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders through exceptional service and strategic guidance.
Event Planning & Delivery
Manage the end-to-end delivery of customer webinars, virtual events, and digital experiences.
Configure ON24 events, including registration pages, consoles, branding, audience experiences, engagement tools, and reporting.
Coordinate all event logistics, timelines, and deliverables with customers and internal teams.
Perform event-related activities including:
Event setup and configuration
Conference bridge scheduling
Speaker rehearsals
Console and experience customization
Audience
