Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Sales, Inside Sales, Admin, HR, Accounts, and other departments for timely completion of tasks.
Maintain MIS reports, trackers, dashboards, and process documentation.
Regularly review and monitor all sheets related to Sales, Inside Sales, Admin,
and HR to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Identify discrepancies, pending updates, and process gaps, and follow up for closure.
Track customer inquiries, samples, trials, orders, and follow-up actions.
Prepare management reports and process status updates
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in process coordination, operations coordination, sales coordination, or MIS roles.
Strong follow-up and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.
Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
