Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined sales engineer to support our growing semiconductor component distribution business. This role combines technical understanding with sales execution, focusing on identifying opportunities, engaging with OEM/EMS customers, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior sales and technical teams to build customer relationships, promote product solutions,



and contribute to revenue growth across key segments such as industrial, automotive, EV and IOT domains.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers in the region (OEM/ODM/EMS companies) that require semiconductor components.
Schedule and support meetings with key stakeholders (R&D;, procurement, engineering teams). Understand customer requirements and applications. Present product offerings and its value propositions.
Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing small-to-medium-sized accounts, ensuring end to end support and identify up-selling/cross selling opportunities.
Pipeline Tracking: Use CRM tools to manage the sales funnel from the initial "design-in" phase to the final "mass production" purchase orders. Track deal progress and proactively address bottlenecks to improve conversion rates
Support achievement of individual and team revenue targ
