Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors onboarding (SF-ONB) based on business requirements.
Support onboarding process setup within SAP SuccessFactors, including onboarding workflows and related configuration.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to validate onboarding requirements and ensure correct system behavior.
Assist with testing and go-live readiness for onboarding configurations.
Provide consultant-level support during onboarding solution rollout and post go-live stabilization.
Skills Required:
6 - 8 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
SAP SuccessFactors
Onboarding configuration in SAP SuccessFactors
HR onboarding process understanding
Implementation experience with SuccessFactors onboarding (SF-ONB)
Valuable to Have:

Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
