Position - Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with business users and stakeholders to understand challenges, design AI-powered solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers, product teams, and engineering teams, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the business users to understand challenges and develop AI agents and technical solutions.
Build prototypes, integrate APIs and infrastructure, resolve deployment issues, and collaborate with customer, product, and engineering teams.
Robust skills in software engineering, customer communication, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, distributed systems, and problem-solving are required.




Act as a bridge between customer requirements and engineering execution to deliver measurable business value.
Strong hands-on experience in REST APIs, LLMs (OpenAI, Claude etc), Prompt Engineering.
Must possess excellent customer-facing communication skills, solution design capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Experience integrating AI models into production environments, troubleshooting deployments, and collaborating across product and engineering teams is essential.
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to work closely with customers to deliver measurable business outcomes.
