About the Role:
We are looking for a Email Marketing Executive who will own the setup, execution, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle. This role is about driving engagement and conversion through well-targeted, well-timed campaigns, using platforms like MoEngage and ConvertKit. You will combine hands-on campaign execution with attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset, working closely with the Senior VP, Marketing, and cross-functional partners in design, content, and analytics to ensure every campaign performs.

What You'll Own
Campaign Setup & Execution
Set up, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end using MoEngage and ConvertKit.
Segment audiences by behavior, plan, lifecycle stage, and engagement level to deliver relevant messaging.
Build and maintain automated email workflows (welcome series, nurture sequences, cart/abandonment flows, re-engagement, transactional triggers).
Design campaign calendars in coordination with marketing, product, and sales teams to align with promotions, launches, and business priorities.
Content & Design Coordination
Manage email templates, ensuring consistent branding, responsive design, and adherence to accessibility best practices.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling copy and visuals tailored to audience segments.
Conduct QA on all campaigns prior to send — links, personalization tokens, rendering across devices/
