AVP/DVP – Business Development will be responsible for driving new business acquisition for Vistra's Corporate Services practice by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across corporate services.
The role requires a consultative sales professional with a strong understanding of India's corporate services landscape, an established network within the business ecosystem, and a proven track record of selling professional services to multinational companies expanding into India.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development -





Drive new business acquisition for Entity Incorporation, Corporate Secretarial, Accounting & Tax, Payroll, HR Administration, GCC's and related corporate compliance solutions.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Lead the complete sales life cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.

Relationship Management -

Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, General Counsels, Finance Leaders, Tax Heads, and business owners of multinational companies.
Develop strategic referral partnerships with law firms,chambers of commerce,investment promotion agencies, and industry associations etc.
Represent Vistra at industry events, networking forums, trade missions, and business conferences.
