About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, technically strong Deputy Financial Controller to join our global finance team. This is a controllership-first role with a clear succession path to Financial Controller.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IFRS reporting, global consolidation, financial close, intercompany accounting, audit management, and multi-entity accounting operations. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced international setting and can drive discipline, accuracy, and continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Close & Reporting
· Drive and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across global entities.
· Ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial statements.
· Review and approve:
· Balance sheet reconciliations
· AR/AP reconciliations
· Intercompany reconciliations
· Accruals and provisions




· Prepare and support IFRS-based consolidated financial statements.
Controllership & Accounting Operations
· Oversee end-to-end accounting operations across multiple entities.
· Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
· Strengthen internal controls and documentation standards.
· Manage accounting teams and shared service partners.
Consolidation & Multi-Currency Accounting
· Own group consolidation activities across multiple legal entities.
· Manage intercompany eliminations and reconciliations.
· Handle FX translation and remeasurement under IFRS.
· Maintain robust consolidation schedules and supporting documentation.
Audit, Compliance & Governance
· Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits across jurisdictions.
· Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and local finance teams.
· Ensure timely regulatory filings and statutory compliance.
