About the Role

If your idea of a Creative Producer is someone who maintains trackers, books shoots and keeps asking editors for ETAs, this probably isn't the role for you.

We are looking for someone who can look at a topic and ask, “Where is the story?”
Someone who can look at a script and say, “The research is solid, but this won't hold attention.”
Someone who can look at an edit and immediately understand why the first 10 seconds are not working.

You will work closely with Manogya Tiwari across her digital content properties, including ManuKahat and The Marketing Coach, and take ownership of the journey from:

Idea → Research → Script → Shoot → Edit → Publish-ready Content

Your job is not simply to make more content.

Your job is to help make better content, faster, while taking as much operational load off the creator as possible.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines creative judgement,



storytelling instinct and solid execution.
The Real Work
1. Find the Story, Not Just the Topic
Work with researchers and writers to evaluate topics, angles, hooks and narratives.
Spot the difference between something that is merely interesting and something that can become compelling content.
Challenge generic ideas and push for sharper, more original angles.
Help convert dense research into clear, engaging, platform-native storytelling.
Review scripts before they reach Manogya and make sure they are worth her time.
Understand when a script needs a rewrite, when it needs a better hook and when the idea itself needs to be dropped.

2. Own the Content Pipeline
Take end-to-end ownership of content moving from idea to final output.
Maintain clarity on what is being researched, scripted, approved, shot, edited and ready to publish.
Coordinate researchers, scriptwriters, editors, visual producers and external creative partners.
