Lead End-to-End Product Development

Own and execute complex Current Product Development (NPD) projects from concept generation and feasibility studies through detailed design, validation, and release, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective solutions delivered on time.

Drive Engineering Excellence & Innovation

Develop innovative design solutions, apply advanced engineering analysis and continuously improve product performance, manufacturability, reliability, and sustainability.

Ensure Project Delivery, Quality & Compliance





Plan and estimate engineering work, coordinate tasks, monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to Atlas Copco standards, customer requirements, safety regulations, and quality procedures.

Promote Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Collaborate closely with project leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while driving process automation, reusable design practices, operational efficiency, and a culture of accountability, curiosity, experimentation, respect, and customer focus.

Qualifications

A university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field, paired with 4 to 7 years of practical experience in product design engineering.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
