Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in India. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, and other communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information. The role involves documenting customer cases, updating records in internal systems,



and following up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues, provide feedback on recurring problems, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience. The representative is expected to maintain professional communication, adhere to company policies, and consistently meet performance and quality standards.
Qualifications

Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction.
Experience in Customer Support and handling Customer Experience across multiple communication channels.
Background as Customer Service Representatives or in similar customer-facing roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Comfort using CRM or ticketing systems, and basic proficiency with office productivity tools.
