About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can effectively engage with prospective students and working professionals, understand their career aspirations, recommend suitable programmes, and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.
This is a sales-oriented admissions role that requires strong communication, counselling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. The candidate should be comfortable handling both inbound enquiries and proactive outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding suitable programmes based on their career goals and requirements.
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates from assigned databases, leads, enquiries, referrals, and campaigns.
