Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kochi. The Relationship Manager will engage with existing and prospective clients, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable advisory solutions and products. The role involves regular client meetings, portfolio reviews, responding to queries, and ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.



The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams to process applications, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, tracking client interactions, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management abilities, with skill in understanding client needs and providing appropriate financial solutions.
Sound knowledge of financial products and advisory services, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and responsibly.
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse clients and team members.
Proficiency in using technology tools and CRM or sales tracking systems to manage client information and workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant skilled certifications are an added advantage.
