We are looking for a HR professional preferably with prior experience of at least 4 years. Someone who is familiar with managing payroll, compliance, recruitment, policy making, Process building & employee grievances.

KRAs

The expectation is to manage the end to end of the employee lifecycle.
Starting from defining the JD, hiring the person & onboarding them in respect to all policies & processes that are to be followed.
You are to regularly interact with them by conducting morning stand ups, monthly 1 on 1s, monitoring performance, overseeing training, sending out eNPS surveys, & collecting referrals.
Apart from this you will also be responsible to collect performance data, process payroll & manage compliances.
You will also be taking up the responsibility to ensure a positive employer brand & high level of employee engagement at the office.
