Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for driving new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships for Ingrain’s architecture and urban design services. The role includes identifying and qualifying leads, managing a robust pipeline, and developing strategic partnerships with developers, corporate clients, institutions, and government bodies. Day-to-day activities involve preparing proposals and pitch presentations, coordinating with design and leadership teams on bid strategies, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and tenders. The Business Development Manager will conduct market and competitor research, support brand positioning and outreach initiatives, and represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. The role also includes maintaining CRM records, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular business development reports to leadership.
