Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced PPC Manager to lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in PPC strategy, lead generation, campaign optimization, budget management, conversion tracking, and performance analytics.
The candidate will be responsible for maximizing ROI, improving lead quality, reducing acquisition costs, and driving consistent business growth through data-driven paid marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies aligned with business and lead-generation objectives.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid platforms.
Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, YouTube, and other relevant campaign types.
Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and market analysis.
Create and optimize ad copies, headlines, descriptions, extensions, targeting,



and audience segments.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and daily/monthly ad spend effectively.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, CAC, and ROAS.
Develop and implement remarketing, retargeting, lookalike, and audience segmentation strategies.
Perform regular A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels in collaboration with the design and development teams.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, and other tracking tools.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly PPC performance reports.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
