Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer will deliver high-quality training programs in digital marketing to learners at AISECT INDIA’s Mangaluru location in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include designing and updating curriculum, preparing training materials, and conducting interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and practical labs on topics such as social media marketing, online advertising, content marketing, and analytics. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support participants in developing job-ready skills and portfolios. The role also involves staying current with digital marketing trends and tools, collaborating with internal teams to align training with industry needs, and contributing to outreach activities that promote AISECT’s programs. The trainer is expected to maintain a supportive, inclusive learning workplace and encourage continuous improvement in learner performance.
