Role Description As a Business Development Associate at Bhanzu, you will play a key role in expanding our learner base and institutional partnerships. This is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. Your day-to-day work will include identifying and qualifying leads,



reaching out to prospective customers and partner institutions, conducting product demos, and clearly explaining Bhanzu’s value proposition. You will manage the sales pipeline, follow up with interested prospects, negotiate terms within guidelines, and support the closure of deals. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine offerings, gather feedback from the market, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. Tracking performance metrics, preparing periodic reports, and contributing ideas for new growth initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, conduct impactful presentations and demos, and handle negotiations professionally.
