Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with experience in IT Sales and B2B business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, building client relationships, creating proposals, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research, lead generation, and prospecting activities.
Execute cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn-based prospecting campaigns.
Create and present business proposals tailored to client requirements.
Identify customer needs, business challenges, and potential solutions.
Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities through CRM systems.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery.
Attend industry-related events, webinars, and networking sessions to generate business opportunities.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience in the IT Services industry is mandatory.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and business development strategies.
Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong proposal creation and stakeholder management abilities.
