nRole Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Legal & Compliance to support the organization's legal and compliance agenda. The role combines regulatory compliance oversight with legal advisory responsibilities, including providing day-to-day compliance guidance, legal opinions, contract review, and support on corporate and commercial matters.




nThe successful candidate will help strengthen the organization's compliance framework while partnering closely with business stakeholders to manage legal and regulatory risk. Key
nResponsibilities
n• Provide legal and compliance advice to business stakeholders on day-to-day operational matters. • Monitor changes in applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, and advise on business impact.
n• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance policies, frameworks, and programs.
n• Assist in compliance risk assessments, reporting, monitoring, and remediation activities.
n• Support internal compliance reviews, audits, and corrective action tracking.
n• Ensure appropriate internal controls and preventive compliance measures are implemented.
n• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
