Role Description The Structured Products Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing, analyzing,



and managing structured financial products aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating market data, modeling product performance, supporting trading and investment decisions, and contributing to portfolio construction and risk management. The specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop product proposals, prepare client presentations, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. The position also involves continuous monitoring of existing products, identifying optimization opportunities, and documenting processes and analyses for transparent reporting.
Qualifications

Strong foundational knowledge in Finance, including understanding of capital markets, risk, and return.
Proficiency in Structured Finance concepts, including securitization, derivatives-based products, and cash-flow modeling.
