Position Overview
The Senior HR Executive (Regional) is responsible for the operational excellence and regulatory compliance of Mindox Techno’s human capital across its regional footprint, including Singapore, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines. You will serve as the subject matter expert for regional labor practices,



managing the full employee lifecycle while ensuring all HR processes meet strict ISO 9001 documentation standards. This role requires a high degree of emotional intelligence and cross-border administrative precision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Payroll & Compliance Management
Multi-Country Payroll: Lead the end-to-end payroll process for all regional entities, ensuring accurate statutory contributions, tax withholdings, and timely disbursements in accordance with local regulations.
Statutory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for government divisions (e.g., MOM, EPF/SOCSO, BIR, etc.) to ensure 100% compliance with regional labor laws and filing requirements.
Finance & IT Integration: Collaborate with the Finance team on payroll audits and tax reconciliations; partner with IT to manage regional system access and digital security for employees.
