Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a high-impact Sales and Partnership professional to own and grow our Commercial Value Proposition pipeline. The ideal candidate is an ex-Visa or Mastercard qualified with strong existing connects within banking networks and card scheme organisations, ready to hunt aggressively and drive meaningful revenue.

- Drive end-to-end sales hunting across banks and merchant networks (Visa/Mastercard ecosystem)n
- Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across banking and payment networksn
- Handle operational management of accounts and sales processesn
- Lead category and product conversations with customers and internal teamsn

- Proactively hunt and acquire new business across banks and merchant networksn
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships within the Visa/Mastercard ecosystemn
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closuren
- Collaborate with internal category and product teams to shape proposalsn




- Ensure smooth operations management post-dealn

nWho We're Looking For
nMust-Have:

- n
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in payments/fintechn
- Prior experience at Visa or Mastercard (strongly preferred) with existing connects in banking/merchant networksn
- Proven track record in B2B sales hunting and deal closuren
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging senior banking and network leadersn
- Customer-facing experiencen
