About the Role:
The Organic World is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Assistant Manager – Retail Marketing to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility across our offline stores. This role requires a strong understanding of retail marketing, digital campaigns, local store marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about building hyperlocal marketing initiatives, creating memorable in-store experiences, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that increase footfall, bills, and revenue across multiple stores.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
Manage social media content calendars and campaign execution.
Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB) for all store locations.




Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and customer acquisition.
CRM & Customer Retention
Develop and execute CRM campaigns through WhatsApp, SMS, email, and app notifications.
Improve customer retention, repeat purchase frequency, and loyalty engagement.
Analyze customer cohorts, purchase behavior, and campaign performance to drive personalized communication.
Retail Marketing & Local Store Marketing
Plan and execute annual, seasonal, monthly, and weekly marketing calendars aligned with business objectives.
Drive store footfall, Number of Bills (NOB), and revenue through integrated marketing initiatives.
Execute local store marketing programs including apartment/RWA activations, community events, sampling, and partnerships.
Plan and execute current store launch campaigns from pre-launch to post-launch.
