Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and driving conversions through phone, email, and online channels. Day-to-day activities include conducting product demos, following up on marketing-generated leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to improve the sales pipeline. The role involves nurturing relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and clearly communicating how Unifers.ai’s solutions can support their growth. The Inside Sales Specialist is expected to meet and exceed defined targets while delivering a professional, consultative sales experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing a structured sales pipeline.




Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in a qualified environment.
Candidates should ideally have experience with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and basic sales reporting.
Relevant experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or AI-driven products is highly beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
