Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the Company's financial operations and ensure effective financial planning, reporting, statutory compliance, and regulatory adherence.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounting activities, budgeting and forecasting,



cash flow management, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with RBI and NBFC regulations, strengthening internal financial controls, supporting audits, and providing meaningful financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial activities.
Prepare periodical financial statements, management reports, MIS, and financial analysis in accordance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.
Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor and manage cash flows, fund requirements, banking operations, and liquidity.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, accounting
