Senior Product Manager – Trading & FintechAbout the Role
AC Agarwal Share Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, development and continuous improvement across our trading, investing and financial services ecosystem.
This is a high-ownership role for a Product Manager who understands the capital markets, stock broking and digital trading ecosystem and can work closely with both business and technology teams to convert business and customer needs into scalable products.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning products end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and defining requirements to development, launch, analytics and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap for trading and fintech products.
Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering and BRD preparation to development, UAT, launch and post-launch enhancement.
Manage products/platforms related to Trading, OMS, RMS, Back Office, Mutual Funds and APIs.




Conduct customer, market and competitor research to identify product opportunities.
Work closely with Technology, UI/UX, QA, Operations, Compliance and Business teams.
Convert business requirements and user problems into explicit product requirements, user stories and actionable roadmaps.
Prioritize features based on business impact, customer needs, regulatory requirements and technical feasibility.
Monitor product performance, user behaviour, analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Drive product initiatives from concept to execution and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure products and processes are aligned with applicable SEBI, NSE, BSE and other regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams and external technology/product vendors wherever required.
