Salary : up to 6 lakhs

Job Summary

We are looking for a Centre Team Leader – Sales to manage and drive sales performance across our Mumabi campus. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, student counselling, lead conversion, conduction generation and achieving centre revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the daily performance of the sales team at the assigned centre.
Drive admissions, revenue, conductions and appointment targets.
Allocate and monitor leads among team members and ensure timely follow-ups.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching and feedback sessions with counsellors.
Monitor call quality, call volumes, follow-ups and lead conversion ratios.
Ensure all CRM activities, student interactions and follow-up notes are updated accurately.




Plan and execute strategies to generate maximum student conductions from available leads.
Personally handle key/potential students and support the team in closing admissions.
Coordinate with college authorities and internal teams for smooth centre operations and student engagement.
Ensure proper execution of seminars, counselling sessions, webinars and other student activities.
Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly sales reports within the defined timelines.
Identify underperforming team members and implement improvement plans.
Ensure adherence to company policies, reporting formats, attendance and discipline.
Work closely with the Sales Manager/Centre Head to achieve overall centre targets.
