About the role :
We are looking for a Post-Production Lead who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire team of Editors.
This is a leadership role that requires both solid people-management skills and hands-on post-production expertise. The ideal candidate should understand editing and creative workflows deeply enough to guide the team, review work, solve creative challenges, and step in hands-on when required.





Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall Post-Production team.
Act as the single point of contact for Content Managers for all editing, motion graphics, and post-production requirements.
Understand project briefs, allocate work, set priorities, and manage timelines across the team.
Oversee projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
Review edits and creative output to maintain high standards across storytelling, pacing, sound, motion graphics, and visual quality.
Consolidate and communicate feedback between Content Managers and the Post-Production team.
Manage team workload, identify bottlenecks, and improve post-production workflows.
Mentor and guide team members, provide feedback, and support their creative and technical development.
Work closely with Content Managers and leadership to plan upcoming requirements and resources.
