Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gwalior. The Sales Executive will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable vehicles and machinery solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining features and pricing, preparing quotations, and managing the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to closure. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, coordinating with finance and operations teams,



and ensuring timely delivery and after-sales support. The Sales Executive is expected to meet sales targets, support showroom and field sales activities, and represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
Robust sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into successful transactions.
Customer service and communication skills to build trust, handle objections, and provide clear product information.
Basic knowledge of automotive or machinery products, with willingness to learn technical specifications and benefits.
Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced setting.
Comfort with maintaining documentation, using basic computer applications, and tracking leads and sales data.
Previous experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or machinery sales is preferred but not mandatory.
