Orikai is a contemporary kidswear brand creating timeless, beautifully crafted clothing inspired by nostalgia and heritage.
We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of our paid growth engine across Meta and Google.
This is not a role for someone who simply knows how to set up campaigns. We’re looking for someone who understands unit economics, creative testing, funnels, attribution and scaling profitable revenue.
Responsibilities:
Manage and scale Meta & Google Ads end-to-end
Own monthly revenue and ROAS/CPA targets
Build and optimize prospecting, retargeting and acquisition campaigns
Develop a structured creative testing framework
Identify winning creatives, audiences, products and offers
Analyze campaign, funnel and customer data to identify growth opportunities
Work closely with the content team to develop high-performing ad creatives
Optimize CAC, AOV, conversion rate and overall contribution margin
Track performance through GA4, Meta Ads Manager and Shopify
Conduct regular competitor and market research
Build weekly/monthly performance reports with clear actions
Experiment continuously rather than simply maintaining campaigns
Qualifications:
Atleast 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong Meta Ads + Google Ads experience
Experience scaling D2C/e-commerce brands
Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CPA, LTV, AOV and contribution margin
Highly analytical and comfortable working with numbers
Strong understanding of creative performance
Someone who can independently diagnose why performance is or isn't improving
Entrepreneurial mindset — you should think like an owner, not an account manager
Bonus: Experience in fashion, kidswear, apparel, beauty or other consumer brands.
Location: Mumbai - in person
Type: Full-time, Monday - Saturday
