Role Description The Ward Incharge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the assigned ward, ensuring protected, high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols. This full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri includes supervising nursing and support staff, organizing duty rosters, and coordinating with physicians and other departments for smooth patient management. The Ward Incharge monitors patient flow, bed allocation,



and documentation, and ensures proper implementation of infection control, safety, and quality standards. The role involves mentoring junior staff, facilitating training, addressing patient and family concerns, and supporting continuous improvement in ward processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
