Role Description The Part-time Sales Associate will support sales operations for Chetan Pumps’ product portfolio, focusing on customer engagement, lead generation, and order follow-up.



This is a full time role based in Haryana, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting walk-in and dealer customers, explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. The Sales Associate will maintain accurate records of inquiries and sales, update customer databases, and provide after-sales support in coordination with service teams. The role also involves participating in local marketing activities, collecting market feedback, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Qualifications
