Augnito is next-generation Voice AI for healthcare. Our cloud-based speech recognition gives clinicians ergonomic data entry with 99% accuracy, with no voice profile training, from any device, anywhere. Built from the outset in partnership with clinicians using human-centred design, Augnito supports a wide range of clinical vocabularies and workflows, halves clinical reporting and admin time, removes transcription delays, and helps prevent physician burnout.

Augnito is deployed at 300+ hospitals and health systems across 20+ countries, including the US, UK and Canada — delivered both directly and through EMR, HIS and distribution partners.

About the Role

We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the deployment of Augnito into enterprise hospital environments — from contract signature through go-live, adoption and reliable handover.
This is a customer-facing delivery role in a clinical setting,



not a back-office project coordination role. You will be the single accountable owner of each implementation: running the plan, holding the dates, managing hospital IT and clinical stakeholders, coordinating our Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success and Support teams, and working alongside EMR/HIS and channel partners who co-deliver with us.

You will have the authority to escalate, to raise change requests when scope moves, and to recommend holding a go-live when readiness criteria are not met. We expect you to use it.

What success looks like in the first 12 months

Implementations land on the committed go-live date, or the date is re-baselined early and deliberately rather than slipping.
Clinicians are actively using Augnito 30 and 90 days after go-live — not just provisioned.
