About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced .NET Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you will lead a team of .NET developers, own architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, solid leadership capabilities, and a passion for engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers — conducting code reviews, 1:1s, and performance evaluations.
• Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance .NET solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of backend services, APIs, and enterprise applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns across the team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, QA, and DevOps to ensure quality delivery within Agile sprints.
• Own technical estimation, sprint planning,



and risk mitigation for engineering deliverables.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new frameworks, libraries, and tools within the .NET ecosystem.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Oversee database design and optimization across PostgreSQL, or Azure SQL.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability standards are met across all solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design and DevOps practices alongside the infrastructure team.
• Manage technical debt, refactoring initiatives, and legacy system modernization.
Skills & Qualifications
.NET & Backend Development
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core / .NET 6/7/8
• ASP.NET Core — Web API, MVC
• Microservices architecture and RESTful API design
• SOLID principles, design patterns (CQRS, Repository, Factory, etc.)
Cloud & Infrastructure
• Azure (preferred): App Services, Azure Functions, Service B
