10+ years procurement/category management experience
8+ years Market Data sourcing experience

Essential capabilities




Global Market Data category management and ownership
Complex negotiations with market data providers, Subscriptions & publications
Market data licensing, audit and compliance management
Stakeholder management across Markets, Treasury, Risk and Technology
Demonstrated multi-million dollar spend management and savings delivery

Other capabilities
Financial Markets or Capital Markets qualifications
Market Data industry certifications, training or professional memberships
Demonstrated understanding of global exchange licensing requirements and financial information services

Qualification Requirements

Postgraduate qualification in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or Procurement.
Qualified procurement accreditation such as: CIPS, ISM, MCIPS, CPSM
Relevant certifications in: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Category Management
