Role Description The Tamil Sales Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote construction chemical products and support the sales team. In this full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Nagpur Area, the telecaller will explain product features and advantages in Tamil and English, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up on leads shared by the sales and marketing teams.



The role includes maintaining call records, updating customer information in the CRM, and scheduling meetings or site visits for field sales representatives. The telecaller will collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets, provide feedback from customers to improve service, and support basic order coordination. The role also involves adhering to call quality standards, maintaining professionalism, and representing the company positively in every interaction.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in Tamil and English, with clear telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Sales and customer engagement skills, including lead follow-up, persuasion, and basic negotiation.
Ability to maintain accurate records, use basic computer applications, and work with CRM or calling software.
