About the Role
GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and manage the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies, strengthening brand visibility, driving audience engagement, and generating quality leads through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
Create and oversee engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, captions, and promotional content.
Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness, product promotion, engagement,



and lead generation.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and online community interactions.
Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytical reports.
Analyze metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Monitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging social media opportunities.
Collaborate with design, content, sales, and marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns.
Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and communication across all digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, AI tools, content trends, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
5–10 years of proven exp
